Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Give S$10, Get S$10: The Verity Innovations Referral Program rewards you for inviting friends to shop with us. When you refer a friend, they get S$10 off their first order, and you get S$10 off your next order. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

How It Works

  • Invite a Friend: Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they use it on their first purchase (which must include at least one pack of COLLIAGE) at checkout, they’ll receive S$10 off that order. 
  • Earn Your Reward: For each friend who makes their first purchase using your referral, you’ll get a S$10 off coupon for your next order. Your referral reward is typically issued after your friend’s order is completed successfully (i.e. payment received and not canceled).

Eligibility

  • Who Can Refer: Participants must be at least 18 years old and must be current customers of Verity Innovations. This program is intended for individual customers (not businesses).
  • New Customers Only: The referrer and the referred friend must be different people, and the friend must be a new customer who has never ordered from Verity Innovations before. You cannot refer yourself (including using alternate email addresses) – such referrals are not valid.
  • One Referral per Friend: Each friend can only be referred one time. You are entitled to one reward for each referred friend – repeat or additional orders by the same person won’t count as new referrals. (In other words, once your friend makes their first purchase with your link, later purchases by that friend won’t earn you additional referral credits.)

Rewards & Redemption

  • Friend’s Discount: The referred friend’s S$10 discount will apply to their first order at verity-innovations.com (minimum purchase: at least 1 COLLIAGE pack). The friend must use your referral link or enter your referral code during checkout to get the S$10 off.
  • Your Reward: After your friend completes a qualified first purchase, you (the referrer) will receive a S$10 off reward for your next order. This reward is usually provided as a unique coupon code (one-time use) sent via email.
  • 30-Day Expiry: All referral reward codes expire 30 days after they are issued if not used. Make sure you (and your friend) redeem the S$10 discounts within 30 days, or they will no longer be valid.
  • Site-Wide Use: Referral discounts can be used on any Verity Innovations products site-wide. 

Important Details

  • One Reward per Order: Only one referral discount can be used per order. You cannot stack multiple referral rewards on a single purchase.
  • Cannot Combine with Other Offers: Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other promo codes or coupons in the same order. They are standalone offers.
  • No Cash Value & Non-Transferable: Referral rewards have no cash value (they can’t be redeemed for cash) and are not transferable to other people. They are meant for your personal use only and may not be sold or traded.
  • Cancellations/Returns: If a referred friend’s order is canceled or returned, the referrer’s $10 reward for that referral will be voided or canceled. Likewise, if you return an order in which you used a S$10 referral discount, you will not receive a refund of the discount amount and the used reward will not be reissued.
  • Fair Play Only: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of this program. Any attempt to game the system – for example, referring yourself, creating fake or duplicate accounts, or engaging in circular referrals – is considered fraudulent behavior. Verity Innovations reserves the right to disqualify such referrals, void earned rewards, or deactivate accounts involved in fraud.

General Terms

  • Program Duration: The referral program is effective immediately and will continue until terminated by Verity Innovations. We reserve the right to modify or end the program at any time, with or without notice. If the program is suspended or discontinued, any unused referral rewards may be forfeited at that time.
  • Acceptance: By participating in the Verity Innovations Referral Program, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
